We are happy to arrange a viewing of any works you might be interested in, simply send an email hallo@salomes.com.
Prices and payments
All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) including Danish VAT. Please note that local import charges (customs duty, sales tax) may occur depending on your region or country. These charges are at your own expense.
Please contact us for prices in Euro and prices to non-EU-countries.
Please note that if you are shopping from a non-EU country, local import charges (customs duty and taxes) may occur depending on your region or country.
Orders and shipping
You are always welcome to pick up in the studio.When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. We will also send you an email with tracking information when your package has shipped.
Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be completed and shipped.
Items lost in transit will not be compensated. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship outside of Denmark. Kindly email your details to hallo@salomes.com and we will return with a shipping quote.
Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
Before you return your order, please send us an email hallo@salomes.com - so we know you are returning the item.
All returned items must be in original and unused condition. You are responsible for return costs including re-shipping. All shipments must be returned with a tracking number. You can also drop off the order in our office. We will reimburse you for the full amount minus shipping cost.
